Girls Head band [[D.I.Y]]

Image
HEllo hello! Today I finally made time to make my baby girl her head band for her professional pictures that she will soon be taking. I love the new look of big flowers on tiny heads because it makes a statement. Awhile ago we went to the mall with the attempt of finding  head band that I visioned in my head. I seriously looked at all the stores at the mall and either the head band was too big around her head or the flower didn't pop out as much as I wanted it to. I did see some at another store days later but it was $6+ and not in the color I wanted. So i took it into my own hands to make some myself. like the saying goes "If you want something done right, do it yourself" All the materials I purchased totaled up to $3 per head band. My materials were purchased at Beverly's ( a crafts & fabrics store). You can  find most of these materials at your local fabric or crafts store. Materials *Glue gun & 2 glue sticks *elastic ribbon (your choice ) *flower (yo

First off happy early birthday to my beautiful & wonderful "Sither".( 30 min early . ) My sister asked me for one thing for her birthday and that was an edible arrangement. I said "why not " so  I checked out the pricing online ..I was like "OMGOSH" ..seriously? shes only going to end up eating it! plus the only one that i saw that would be a little reasonable was a 34$ fruit on a mug.. yep your read right a MUG size!. First off don't get me wrong I am not a cheap person.. I'm a smart shopper and that my dearest was not going to be smart. So I got a bright idea "YOUTUBE" you can learn anything on YouTube (no joke) I searched "Make your own edible arrangement"..  and TADA! there was tons of ways to make them. I reported back to my sister that I would be Making her one instead of purchasing it & that she will get 3 times more for the same price. SuperheroButtons

As many of you may know I have been planing my Lil dudes SUPERHERO birthday party. I have exactly one month and 2 weeks. Not as much time as I hoped I would. I did procrastinate since my baby was born, she kept me pretty busy. but now I'm back on a roll. I make most of the birthday stuff by hand, i prefer making then buying that way they have something unique and special . I did the same for my daughters birthday for example; tutus, jewelry boxes, flower wands ..etc. It can be a challenge @ times but I enjoy using my creative side. So far my guests seem to love the idea that its hand made. (sometimes it feels like the parents enjoy it more then the children ;D) anyways before I completely get out of the main reason for this post...here is what I recently worked on, they are  superhero buttons . All together these Buttons cost under 5$ to make. enjoy . Completed result My motherinlaw found these at the dollar tree it contains a surprise superhero and  12 collectibles sti
